The SIM was formed in 2006 and currently has five members. The industry manages 95% of Strata Plans within the ACT which represents approximately 27,000 unit holders. The Institute prepared a submission to ACTPLA, its governing body, in relation to a review on the Unit Titles Act 2001, which relates in the main to conflict resolution and other minor mooted improvements.
